#5: Schedule regular self-care

I bet you already do this! But in case you need some encouragement, here are some ideas for self-care that you can easily insert into your life at least weekly.

Abhyanga type self massage

DIY cucumber eyepads

Create a dream-board (Pinterest is great for that!)

Bubble bath or epsom salt bath (or both!)

Journal – or blog 😉

No screen-time after 9pm

Buy (or collect) yourself a bouquet of flowers

Drink enough water


Stretch or do a little yoga

Coloring (hey, apparently it’s the hot new thing!)

Take a real lunch break
